About Reline Coaching

My Coaching Style

Reline Coaching combines a holistic, thinking partner-based coaching approach focused on professional and personal development, neuroscience, and nervous system regulation to achieve sustainable and impactful results.

My Coaching Philosophy

Release limiting beliefs. Reassess priorities. Refocus the mind. Realign vision. Recreate the life you desire.

Coaching Methodology

I partner with high-achieving professionals with ADHD to build sustainable systems for focus, follow-through, leadership, and performance—without relying on urgency, overworking, overwhelm, or burnout.

Together, we work to reduce cognitive overload, create external structure, strengthen consistent execution, and develop executive function systems that work with the way your brain is wired—not against it.

My approach helps clients move away from cycles of shame, guilt, avoidance, and last-minute pressure, and toward greater clarity, self-trust, sustainable performance, and calm, reliable follow-through.

We focus on practical systems and real-world implementation in the areas that matter most:

  • planning and prioritization

  • time management and organization

  • task initiation and follow-through

  • decision fatigue and overwhelm

  • emotional regulation and resilience

  • leadership and performance under pressure

This work is designed for ambitious professionals operating in demanding environments who want to perform at a high level more consistently—while feeling more grounded, effective, and fulfilled in the process.

About Sara

Sara Kimelman is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with advanced ADHD and neurodiversity coach training through ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). She specializes in executive function, personal leadership, and performance coaching for high-achieving professionals, tech leaders, founders, young adults, and other ambitious individuals with ADHD and different forms of neurodivergence.

Sara partners with growth-oriented professionals who appear successful on the outside but internally struggle with overwhelm, burnout, inconsistency, procrastination, follow-through, decision paralysis, or sustaining performance in high-pressure environments. Many of her clients come to coaching after years of relying on urgency, overworking, or last-minute pressure to execute.

Through a practical, strategic, and deeply supportive coaching approach, Sara supports clients to build the structure, systems, clarity, and self-trust needed for more consistent execution without burnout. She partners with clients as both a thinking partner and accountability collaborator, helping them organize their thinking, strengthen executive function skills, navigate leadership challenges, and create more sustainable ways of working and living.

Clients often value Sara’s calm presence, direct yet compassionate feedback, practical clarity around time and priorities, and her ability to translate complex internal challenges into actionable systems and next steps. Her work integrates executive function development, productivity systems, emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, resilience, mindfulness, personal leadership, and sustainable high performance.

Sara’s previous clients include professionals and executives from organizations such as Google, World Bank Group, Meta, Kaiser Permanente, and Cisco, as well as startup founders, small business owners, physicians, lawyers, engineers, and independent professionals.

Areas of expertise include executive function coaching, consistent execution and follow-through, productivity and performance systems, ADHD and neurodivergent leadership, time management and prioritization, task initiation and task paralysis, strategic planning and organization, stress and burnout management, emotional regulation and resilience, and personal leadership development and accountability.

Sara comes from a background in behavior therapy, coaching, entrepreneurship, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and executive operations in both corporate and startup environments. She continues to deepen her work through mentor coaching, professional development, and ongoing training in executive function, ADHD, and wellbeing.

A little more about me…

I’m so glad you’re here. I created Reline Coaching to partner with high-performers in building more sustainable ways of working, leading, and living—while feeling more grounded, fulfilled, and aligned in the process. My biggest joy is supporting clients to better understand how their brain is wired so they can stop working against themselves and start creating systems, structures, and ways of operating that truly support them.

Outside of work, I find my joy and balance by spending time outside playing tennis and walking, practicing yoga and mindfulness, ABL (always be learning), traveling near and far, laughing and connecting with close family and friends, and relaxing at home in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband, two sons, and calico kitty.
